Rear passeger window 2016 GX4H

Hi all. The rear passenger window has decided to not go up or down. The motor/regulator is making noise but it seems that it's not engaging with the gear that lifts the window. The window is sitting securely in place and is in its track. I have the door panel off and have access to the window cavity. Just wondering where should I start to fix this issue? Video attached.
