I own an 2018 Outlander PHEV and always had issue (poor quality) with call over CarPlay. I just found this https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2020/MC-10175775-9999.pdf which really see to apply to my problem. However, my local dealer told me that he is unable to perform the update because Mitsubishi are now on the Nissan netork in Canada (don't ask me what he was trying to say here ;-)). Another dealer was a little more open to look into this but not under the warranty even if my file show that I have complain more than one time even when the car was brand new... He make me understand that I will have to put a lot of money into this if I wanted him to take a look...
So basically, I have a problem, a fix already exists but I can't have it. Any tought ?
Also, I did try to engage Misubishi Canada but they really seem not to care at all telling me that there dealers are there own business... Again, any tought ?
