@WolfeRose. You don't say how you recharge but public chargers using Chademo especially only go to 80%. You could buy a TAPO Smart Plug and use it with your granny charger at home to see how much it actually uses, and the car will be accepting about 95% of this at most. Get it as discharged as you can and before charging, when stationary finally use the AC and heater to get the last out of the battery and switch off when engine kicks in.
Easier if you get an android phone or tablet and download PHEV Watchdog and determine SOH. Your battery warranty was 8 years and up to 100,000 miles to be more than 70% SOH.
I don't use ChadMo... I've used ChargePoint public 1772 chargers, on 3.5KW rate; my charger at home has a display of V/W/Wh, etc.; the car itself reports charge cost (divided by rate = Wh), and actual EV range/Wpm = W, etc.

VERY predictably, all calculations confirm it really is taking/giving 6-7Wh from drained. As a 13KWh battery, that is "less than warranted percentage." 90% guaranteed capacity shouldn't mean "after removing 30% on either end to really only use 40%"

Apologies, I did not notice that you are in the USA and you have a different, and very unfair, warranty.

Yes, USA. But my warranty says i should have at least 90% battery capacity under 36K miles... 6KWh USABLE of 13KWh installed doesn't meet that math for me. Factory said it's normal to see 6KWh actually used?

Can you post where is the lettering of that USA's warranty for 90% capacity?
