MMCS Problem

Hi Guys;
I have J-12 (the car car audio set up) in my PHEV and i cannot open the lid (which is used to insert CD, SD cards etc..)of the set up

no button (OPEN) is responding..
i want remove the map card and update firmware.. can anyone tell me how open the LID....
i have tried with power isolation (by removing 15A fuse) also.. but nothing works.. is there a way to open the set up lid manually

hi have you gone on to the audio set up screen with all the options radio, cd, usb and pressed the cd icon this opens the front put cd in sd cards etc then press open button to close, why :?:
