What model did you have ? And did you done something that resulted in those errors or they just appeared out of nowhere ?
I have a 2017 Mitsi PHEV Exceed, it just clocked over 50,116 kms.
I use it in electric mostly near home, St Andrews Sydney and on trips to Canberra (Australia's Capital) some 2 hours and 45 mins trip to Parliament House, ( 212Kms away 132.5 Miles ) I use it with petrol and both Front & Rear electric motors for the hills.
It has a top speed ( by Satellite) of 169 kph down the highway (about 105 mph).
It still goes great, my Wife and I love it, after 7 years, we can say, the only thing we spent AUD $67 on was new front disk pads, new wiper blades and rear wiper.
I have installed air horns on our PHEV, I personally designed a small electronic switching box that does not blow the air bags. The dealership told me if I fitted them, then I would blow the air bags.
What Horse puckey !
I have not taken it back to the Mitsubishi Dealership, I simply do not trust them.
I am an Electronics technician and polymath, I design electronics for a living as well as service/repair most electronics of all types that wanders in to my business, of which I established in 1978.
I have done three oil changes, I chose Mobil One Synthetic and not that dealer supplied pathetic "cooking oil" Castrol oil that the dealer once serviced it when it was new and put that low grade oil in the ICE. Shame on them !
This Castrol oil is a low "stress test" breakdown oil, so low, it virtually fails test breakdown of the Castrol proved to be a failure on the Failex test.
Failex test was done by Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane.
They have the Failex test machine/apparatus
I do not want my PHEV to have any ICE failures. The Mitzi dealership put it in once, I drained it out and put Mobil One Synthetic myself.
On all occasions, I installed a new oil filters of course, as well as replaced the Air filter and cabin air Filter.
That is why I do not trust Dealerships.
Full stop. Better to do your own oil changes and cheap "cooking oil" rubbish is what the Mitzi dealers typically use.
My PHEV is an investment and I believe in looking after my Investment.
That's about it, a bloody great vehicle !!!
Good one, Mitsubishi !
