Rear hatch trim and rear spoiler removal

Someone said “When you lose, don't lose the lesson”.
Well, the second day of owning the new vehicle, the rear wiper arm got stuck on the garage door and the plastic bracket broke (it is actually one piece) along with the rear glass.
Someone might find useful these diagrams/info in case they want to remove those parts, so wanted to share.
Mitsubishi part number for the rear wiper motor is 8253A290 (apparently is the same from recent model year Nissan Pathfinder and Rogue/X-Trail).

The top plastic trim must be removed 1st, also remove the light "fixture" before pulling the big plastic cover, after pulling the cable for the connector for the two buttons can be disconnected.

Note: to remove the spoiler there are 6 bolts and 3 plastic clips, need to disconnect the stop light cable and washer fluid hose.
