PHEV Company Car drivers - Question?

Hi All

I am new to the forum and looking to order a PHEV very soon.

One question I have is, as a company car driver who gets fuel included, would I be able to claim back the cost of charging the car up at home, or would it be at the companies discretion?

I assume that if I am using electric instead of petrol, I should be able to claim it back as I am paying the government £X per year in tax for the benefit of "free" fuel.
