That's an interesting one.
I would like to but I do not see how.
However I use Home Assistant indirectly to controle remotely the PHEV.
I use an old android phone with a cheap SIM-card. On that phone I installed the "Remote ctrl" app.
That phone has a VPN conection through wireguard with my home assistant and also has a remote controle app.
I use DroidVNC-NG VNC server. I reckon another will do as well.
My cellphone (iPhone), iPad and windows computer have a vnc viewer and have also a VPN connection with the home assistant.
That way they are virtually in the same network.
That way I can mirror the screen from the android cellphone in my car from anywhere in the world.
The only thing is to make a 24/24H 12V connection to the battery.

And no, I did not run flat, even after three weeks. The car charges each day, during one hour or so, the 12 battery.

I would like to have an integration for HA. I do not think it exists ?

A.

I use different approach: (started recently)
I dont have ev-remote in my car so decided to use ESP32 to connect to the car via OBD port.
In Home Assistant it can be reachable by ESPHome.
My primary intention is to get some data via OBD e.g. during charging process.
If using ESP32 equipped with SD card slot - it could be possible to log (some) drive data.
If using ESP32 equipped with LCD - even simple dashboard would be possible.

Here is current web interface:
