Funny... my car seems to have some of the features of all of those french versions... but none of them matches fully

Unless yours is a French market model, why would you expect it to?

Each market has a product planner that submits specs that they think are suitable for their market from a list of available possibilities. Each market will therefore more than likely be different from others.

I get that It just seems quite an overkill to build such different spec models for each market.
