Full Tank Gas display only 420 Kms range

I purchased a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV two months ago and have been pleased with its performance. However, I’ve noticed an issue with the gas range displayed on the odometer after refueling.

When the fuel tank is completely filled, the gas range shown is inconsistent and appears to be inaccurate. For example, it typically displays a maximum range of only 420 kilometers, which seems lower than expected.

Could any one please provide guidance on addressing this issue or confirm whether this is normal behavior for this model?

Where are you located and what has the outside Temperature been.

I live in WInnipeg and when the temperature has been in the mid -20'C my total range shows 390kms yet in the summer, I was showing z range of 650kms after a fill up.

Remember that tge range shown is really just a Guess-o-meters.
