I have only just got the vehicle. It is a 2018 4HS. Both the front and rear cameras are blurry.
Ahh ok so previous owner may have used some strong soap solution and not rinsed it off.

I would start off with some tooth paste. Moisten one finger and place a bit of tooth paste on it and rub the lense in circular motion then rinse off. I would start with the front one since it is used less often.

If you see an improvement then do the same to the rear one.

Good luck and plz report back

I suspect its the camera thats faulty, its part of the wing mirror.
I recently had a wing mirror damaged (a passing cars mirror collided with mine) and I had to replace the whole mirror.
When I unplugged the mirror (connector behind the Tweeter) I had exactly the same picture caused by no camera signal.
Try unplugging it and see if it makes any difference, if it doesnt then it confirms loss of camera signal.

You can dismantle the mirror, the camera has a short cable and plug and is held by a couple of screws it will be simple enough to replace.
This is the camera:

I have tried cleaning. It helped on the rear camera but the front camera is still blurry even after polishing with Brasso. I suspect these cameras are fairly ordinary NTSC 30 FPS 1 V p to p and will take any standard CVBS baseband video signal. I will scope the rear camera and see if this is the case.
