I use the free HERE mapping software on my iPhone - same mapping software as in the Mitsubishi, but free and updated regularly.

Same with any car that comes with mapping software as part of the car, out of date the day you buy it and expensive to update. I would never buy a car just "because it has sat nav".

If this is the same HERE data then can't it be uploaded into the car's satnav?

Surely one of you bright young software geeks can sort that out! :mrgreen: (I'm an ancient mechanical engineer so don't have a clue...if anything electronic doesn't do what I want it to do...I stop using it!)
