2018 outlander heating/app

I used to be able to schedule my car to warm at certain times of the day in advance. Now I guess the updated the app and I can’t find the schedule. Assume they didn’t remove it. How do I find it? Seem to have looked everywhere

Thank you for the reply. So no longer from the app then? So much more convenient to do it from the house before going out.

Why would they even remove that? Doesn’t make sense

Of course can be done from the app. I am doing daily during the winter.
Probably you have some different app.. should be "Outlander PHEV remote control"

yes. Same one. Had it for 5 years and always worked. 2 months ago the option to program both heat and charging times vanished off my app. Timer just completely vanished and hasn’t come back. Weird

My instinct is that some component on the car has failed, so that option is no longer reporting to the app.

Have you tried reinstalling the app? Are there any errors returned by the car via OBDII?
