    Towbar - self fitting

Hi DavidEJM Witter CL114 does not need a bumper cut. Easy fit. See: http://www.myoutlanderphev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1608&start=10 Don't think you can tow a horse box with a Phev. Possibly too heavy.??? I don't like detachable towbars. I'd prefer the safety & versatility of a...

    Modding the PHEV

I was very disappointed with the headlights so one of my mods was to add an led light bar. It's fantastic on those quiet A & B roads. Simply piggy backed power from the fuse box.

    A/C running in cold weather?

I have never given it much thought, but always use the a/c in the cold/wet winter months to prevent the cabin misting up.

    Key fob battery...

Yup. CR2032 Totally agree with jaapv, don't bother with cheap batteries. My fobs came with Panasonic batteries fitted. It's easy to split keyfob apart to replace the battery.

    Space Saver Options

I have been looking at wheels and the Outlander Phev wheel is the same/similar fit as many other cars. I'm considering getting a full set of steel rims for winter tyres. I'm quite sure these are the correct sizes below. The standard 2015 alloy wheel/tyre combination is 225/55R18 98H (18X...

    Space Saver Options

As BobEngineer says, there's some wasted space under the rear cover next to the battery............... The area just behind the rear seats houses the charger. I just sit the spare in the boot & strap it down.
