Is there an diagnostic tool one can buy which will allow the owner to read this information ?? My Outlander is a 2020 2.4 PHEV with practically all the options available
I can see the network SSID or NAME on my PC and on my iPhone --I need the network key to log in . nearest dealer is 80 miles away & I would prefer to spend the money
if I dont drive on a useful tool instead. Otherwise its a fabuluous vehicle , everything works as it should & I dont want to risk upsetting the software. I also want to install a towbar
with removable hook & the towbar lighting for this model--The sort of dealer I have come across so far here do not seem to know thes evehicles so I will do it myself .any help
with part numbers for the year in question appreciated. Radioman-Galway-Ireland

I solved this problem- myself in the end--got all sorts of crazy suggestions--- I went to a Mitsubishi Dealer who reset the SSID & issued a new Network key, charge 55 Euro --there is no other easy way to do this .

I got a towbar put on today by Malcolm's Towbar Services in Rathcoole Dublin 24. D24PP28

A fixed one +7 pin trailer connection. Took two and a half hours. I have used them previously but you need to book ahead.

BTW where did you get your network key?
