On my Outlander GH4 PHEV I will use my 3 pin plug travel charging cable to charge when I am at my caravan on an outside double socket I installed. Holiday Park are bringing in site rules to ban this.
Can someone tell me how much current/amps I would be drawing to charge. I think I am reading literature that it is about 15A.
Never had any issues with breaker tripping and the cable from fuse box is never hot suggesting to much current. I will have a look at breaker rating next time I am there but wondering how much a standard ring main current limit would be and are they correct to ban this?
