Retro fit or enable WiFi / app?

Hi all

Have just bought a 2017 PHEV and I'm enjoying the car. It's the Australian base LS model. The one feature that the base model doesn't get that I would quite like to have is the WiFi connectivity and app, specifically the ability to control charging times and set the vehicle to pre-heat the cabin in winter while it's still plugged in. Does anyone know whether it's possible to retro-fit these features to the LS model, either by a paid upgrade from the dealer or some other means?

I'm sure this was asked recently, and the answer was along the line of it being cheaper and easier to sell the car and buy a higher spec model sadly.
