I have a MOtability car and chose the Outlander in May 2021, which was the year Mitsubishi pulled out of the UK. I will be due to change my car in May 2024, but I am loathe to do so because I love it.

I live in a remote area of South West Scotland, and our nearest town (Girvan) is 13 miles away, so I make most journeys on battery alone. Even for longer journeys, like Ayr, I can recharge in around 20 minutes for free, so my running costs are very low.

I also love the feel of the car. It makes me feel very safe because it is heavy and strong. I got the safety spec, which has ACC, lane assist, blind spot warnings, rear and front cameras, etc.

I am disappointed that I cannot get another one next time.

Very sorry to hear this, Togfather.

Have considered moving to another country?

Just a thought. Lol
