My Connect App has been down again since Nov 26, 2024 12:39 Am. I am not able to connect to the car.

I called Mitsubishi Support and advised them that, the App was not communicating with the Car, again

Yes I cleared the cache and data from the App. Still not able to connect.

I also mentioned that the Tire Pressure is being displayed as kpa, instead of PSI.

Also asked them to add to my ticket that I want to see Battery Temperature added as a parameter on the App.

Anyone else not able to connect to their 2023 to 2024 PHEV?
Just checked again. App received data for 4:18 pm which was 30 minutes ago.

Not connecting again.

Never a problem with the app on my iPhone 14 with my 2023 SEL. I haven't paid anything for the app yet - I think there was a period free of charge when I bought the car but don't know when it is up. I agree battery temperature would be valuable info.

Funny thing is that I was away in Japan for a while and the app would still notify me every time my wife plugged in the car at home.

I can connect but data is not reliable. Have a similar problem with tire pressure, and no Status Data Collected On date which they fixed previously.

Tire Pressure on the left side of your car indicate low pressure. Have you used a tire gauge to check actual Tire Pressures as compared to the right side yet? If they are ok then I would check car screen and if both left tires still show very low I would take it into Dealer for them to try to fix it.

The App will show Pressure in Kpa until the App is upgraded. The car screen display still indicates the Tire Pressure in PSI.

Hi all

I decided to start a Thread on the My Mitsubishi Connect App

I purchased my 2024 Outlander PHEV GT on April 8, 2024 and the Sales Rep helped me to set up the My Mitsubishi Connect App on my Android and since setting it up on my Galaxy S10 and it had worked very well untill mid May when it would not connect to the Server over the week-end but has been fine until yesterday

When I open the App I can get to the Battery Range screen but it is blank. When I open the ' i ' screen it does open but looks completely different from before and the Mile Tracker takes forever to display anything and at times the App crashes.

Looks like an update was done but it is not working very well yet.

Here are a few screen shots.

Please note that I currently have a Drive Battery Level of 30kms.View attachment 1524

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I did report the issue to Mitsubishi Support but no response yet.

Oh and the old App used to display the Tire pressure in PSI.
Sorry to hear of your App issues Andre. There was an update about a month ago and other than the mileage tracker being out of whack usually, it boots up and displays fine on my cell, which is a 2017 Samsung Galaxy A8. Very old.
I don't have any solutions for you, but I do have a question. On the (i) screen where it shows the tire pressure, which way round is the car picture? Is the black hood the front or is the white hood the front? So, which end of the car is facing the bottom of my cell phone screen?
When I need to fill a tire, I need to know which one it is.
Let me know if you know.
Thanks.
Dave

Thanks man.
Btw, I was driving around today in about 0 - 4 degree weather, so the heater was obviously on and for the first ten minutes I had the steering wheel and seat, heaters on. I began on EV with the EV only start sequence and also on ECO and B2.
The ICE was not kicking in. Actually, it did initially, then stopped coming on. I had to go on the highway for a bit and switched to Normal/ECO, then when I got off the highway, I just pushed the EV button without stopping the car and it continued on EV only and the ICE never kicked in.

The heater was running at about 23 degrees the whole time, so I was expecting the ICE tp run. Weird.
