My 2021 PHEV stops charging at max 30km no matter the temperature or the charger. For a bit it would charge more if i didn't plug it in until it was fully empty but now it just cuts off the charging at around 28-30km. Is there any solution? I have tried checking my settings and it does seem to have the max charge at 30k but I haven't been able to find a way to change that.

Hello

How many total kms does your Odometer show?

Have you owned your PHEV since it was due?

What is the Current outdoor Temperature?

Do you charge on Level 1 - 120V or
Level 2 - 240 V?

It depends on how much gas I have in it

I have owned it since new

Currently 6-10°c but it has been like this since the summer

Level 1 at home, but it also stops pulling charge at the same km when at a public level 2 charger

Sorry I just realized it's a 2022
No problem

I meant, overall Odometer reading, the number at the Bottom

At 6 to 10'C the Range will drop from what you were getting in the summer

Also when checking your Range after charging were you using the Heat or AC

Also, do you use EV Mode or Normal
D or B mode

ECO or Normal

The above options can effect your Range.

Oh it's just over 42000

I am not talking about my range being extended. I am talking about how the car stops pulling charge at around 30 km for the last 6 months at 25°c or 0°c. If I use a level 2 charger I will get a notification that my car has stopped pulling charge I get to my car and it is only 28km or 30km at home the charging stops, the charging light goes blinking after the same "full charge"

Ok, starting to get a little clearer.

So you feel the charging stops before the Battery is fully charged.

Here is a photo of my 2022 before I upgraded to a 2024 GT on April 08, 2024

Please note that I had used up about 30% of the Charge leaving me with 70% State of Charge on the Battery and approximately 30kms left.

Please try to post some photos of your display when you get a chance

If I am understanding you correctly, the car stops charging before the Battery bar gauge is full.

If this is the case, then your Dealership should be having a look to see why the car stops charging at only 30km range.

This photo is from Jan 21, 2023. Last charge before going to Mexico for 1 month.

Battery was fully charged but charge cable was left unplugged.Screenshot_20250118_163425.jpg

Battery Managenent system kept Battery above -20'C

Upon my return on Feb 19, 2023 Battery had 70% of charge left and car started fine in -26'C Temperature.

Can't do this with my 2024 because it has no Battery Heater in the Battery Pack.

I understand MeDaw frustration. I Have a 202 model.
With a full charge this morning I only have 16 km battery and a full tank of gas giving me a total range of 518 Km with my garage temperature at +6C my mileage is 78167,

So I use my car as a pure Hybrid at the moment. In summer was getting around 30 to 32 km.. While I love driving it I am frustrated with the EV mileage. I have been told my my MB agent to bring it in, in summer or when it is warmer and they will do a battery 'reset' or whatever they call it. Don't know if it will work but if I dont trade her in I will try it?
