Just picked up my 2014 Outlander and love it so far. The stereo could be better I suppose but I don't understand the iPod mode at all. It seems to only allow actual playlists as they exist in Apple Music / iTunes?
The previous stereo I had with an iPod mode also has a special "playlist" which actually allowed you to just play any old audio from the phone, such as Spotify. Is there any way to get that to work here?
I could use Bluetooth but the sound would be far superior through USB.
