Innovative pedal wont remember my setting?

Hey everyone. I’m new here!

I got myself a used Outlander PHEV, and let me tell you, I’m super frustrated with the Innovative Pedal! Every single time I start the car, it resets to off. I totally get that it’s probably a safety thing, but seriously, it’s such a pain! I’m so used to the e-pedal on my Leaf which actually remembers my setting.

Anyone out there know if there’s a way to make this thing stick?

I'm wondering why this setting keeps reverting to the original setting. I don't think it's supposed to do that.
