How to get remote key fob out from insert??

Hello to every one

I live in middle east and just bought the new look 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. Once i got it from dealer, i have inserted the remote key into its hole on the dash. Now iam trying to get it out but i can not!!!! Is there any why or any botton need to be pressed in order to get the remote key out??

Really need the help in this matter because even the people in the dealer dont know how because it is new model they got.

Puzzled. It is just a slot without any locking feature. Just pull it out…. :?
Are you sure you are talking about the PHEV?

Hi

Yes, iam talking about 2014 Outlander phev. The key stuck inside the hole and can not take it out if pull it.
Is this comes out normal just by pull??

Yes. It is amazing that you got the thing stuck; it is very loose fit

Maybe you pushed it in the wrong way, the metalpart should face outwards.
You really don`t need to use the slot unless the key doesn`t work properly.
