OBD2 reader recommendations PHEV

I'M struggling to get OBD2 reader to read errors (
EV System service required,
RBS System service required and clear
on the car .... can anybody recommend a scanner that reads all the codes from Amazon ?

I sent them a message asking if they had a chart for all the products, so I could see which ones did everything I wanted, they just sent a one liner "We recommend you choose a full-featured device, such as THINKDIAG" Which seems a bit strange as the "THINKDIAG 2" is supposed to be better.
