How long with no activity and still start?

If I don't drive or have plugged in my '24 PHEV Outlander, how long will everything hold a charge so it does start? Assume 20C temp and the State of Charge at 100% when the no activity starts. What about at 0C?

Can I leave it for a week, or 2 weeks and have it still start?
