It is and I am getting it fixed by the local Mitsu dealer! The lady on the phone laughed when I phoned up, and said that as the weather had just gone cold, she was sure there would be a blizzard of Outlander owners needing their heating fixed as it's a known and common issue. All a bit worrying; new owner of a very low mileage car, and the touchscreen and heating is knackered. Not good. That said, she thought that other than these two issues, it was otherwise a reliable car. I hope she's right... Very glad it is still under warranty.Should the heating be fixed if still under warranty? I have the same problem!
In my case it was a valve. Replaced with new one. Heats nicely.Same problem here, got myself 2018 Outlader PHEV, import from Japan. No heating. Will report what was it in my case, once hopefully solved...
I would love to know a good garage in the bath area as having this problem and feeling a bit messed around by the mechanic I have gone toGot the part and all fitted and working correctly.
Recommend a garage in the Bath area if anyone is in need.
