We have had our GX4hs for one week so still getting to know it. However we have a problems that although we have set up automatic charging times on the car's programme it does not work. Here are the details.
Our home charge point is a pod point. This is working ok if plugged in manually.
When the car is set up for automatic charging the dashboard shows a flashing red charge icon and the charge point gives a green flashing signal which tells us it is waiting for a signal to charge. However when the set time arrives nothing changes and the car does not charge. If we then unplug and reconnect the car then charges.
Our dealership is looking into the problem but as they do not use this programme as no-one needs to charge overnight they are not familiar with this problem. They did suggest that our clock may have been set to 12hr and the timer at 24hr and we should check that. We have now got clock and programme in 24hr but it still does not charge
