Faulty home charging cable

Got my replacement today.

My mains cable also developed this issue. I rang my dealer (Pentraeth on Anglesey) yesterday morning, called in yesterday afternoon, replacement cable arriving tomorrow. Can't complain about that service.

We had this problem as well. Charger replaced the same day by the dealer.

I had to wait just one working day.

One thing the dealer and I spotted is that the grommet for the new charger is much bigger than the original.
