Entering towns as destination in the navigation system

Can anyone please explain if it's possible to enter just a town name as a destination rather than having to select a street. On other systems I've used it was possible to enter a town name and then select 'Centre'. I've so far not found any way of doing this on the Outlander and it's seriously difficult having to choose a street if you don't know the place and just want to head towards it as a destination. Thanks

I haven't found a way to do this so I just enter "Market Square", "City Hall", "Central Station" or something similar as a workaround.

In the UK, I would have thought High Street would work for most towns and Church Street for villages
