Degrading battery on Mitsubishi Outlander Phev 2018?

Hi!
According to my app for my wallbox the car only charges 6.4 kwh and than says it's full. Should it not be more around 8-9 kwh instead? How much do your Outlander charge on average?

Yes. With a new battery you should be getting 9 kWh when charging from empty.

There is an issue with battery degradation.
