Hi

What viewing software are folks using preferably free if possible for either Windows or Android?

Cheers

Chris

I use Registrator viewer. Free for Windows, and has GPS location map if you have a camera so equipped.

Many thanks, I'll give it a try.

OK, so I've had my dash cam installed since the day I took delivery. Now I want to add a rear-facing cam.

Problem is, this is the first SPORTS UTILITY Vehicle that I've had that does not have a power socket in the boot (shame on you Mitsubishi !!)

So, has anyone yet removed the tailgate trim and found an ignition live, perhaps to the rear wiper ? If so, any tips on removal ?

Could anyone advise where a good mounting point would be for the rear camera on the Outlander PHEV?

I presume its not suitable to attach it to the rear windscreen as the tailgate is opening/closing so not good for the wiring and not best for something onlt fixed with a sticker or suction pad. Would the side window with a longer arm on the mount be suitable?

See this very detailed thread, in this section, about two threads down at the time of typing;
