If it's the long-standing (UK only?) DAB issue, the stations haven't been lost, just the labels. So if you can remember which station corresponds to Preset 1, selecting it will take you to that station. A long press will store the station back along with its correct label. But this only lasts until the next time the stations are 'lost' again, which for me is something between 10 minutes and a few hours. My 'solution' (bodge) is to keep the 6 presets on DAB2 all tuned to my favourite station, so when it's lost and reverts to "Virgin something-or-other" I can simply switch to the next station using the selector on the steering wheel and get it back again.

If you've completely lost the ability to receive DAB stations, then that's a different issue. Long thread on the station names issue here:

I remain intrigued as to what can possibly cause this issue (it's not confined to PHEVs, MMCS is common across several Mitsubishi models and they can all suffer from it), I've owned my PHEV for 9 years now, and this annoying problem only started a couple of years ago. My guess (based on no evidence other than the timing) is that it's related to the rollout of DAB+ which has 'confused' the software somehow. I think it's happening when the radio ha to switch between DAB multiplexes (which will often cause a couple of seconds break in the signal) - as I live on the boundary between London and Oxford, I experience it frequently.

There have been a few threads on the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV UK facebook channel (join it and search for DAB radio) that explain the DAB comes from a separate module to the display MMCS. Seems there are 3 types of problems: 1) Preset DAB stations lose signal and default to the lowest alphabetical station in your region - I've seen no fix for this except change the complete MMCS unit to a modern non-Mitsubishi android unit that will also give you carplay but you lose some PHEV specific features) 2) You can see stations but display shows 'no data' and might be fixed by unplug/replug the DAB/Antenna module or replacing the DAB/Antenna module 3) There is no DAB option when you select media option (just LW, FM, MW, CD etc) which sounds like yours and my problem. Might be the audio fuse or might be fixed by unplug/replug the DAB/Antenna module or by replacing it . You can try using the hidden menu first (search for hidden menu as each model year has a different sequence) but be VERY CAREFUL to just stick to the following as others have tried messing with other tests/options with unfortunate results: try Radio Information first and see if you have anything on DAB (I didn't) then go back and select Unit diagnosis, communications & connection check, Next, and then wait a few seconds to see if you get Error on Premium Amp and Digital Radio. Then go back each step to the standard screen. I've decided to just stick to FM or connect to the phone as I can't be bothered with changing the DAB unit which takes a while.
