Chargemaster or PodPoint

Hi,

I have a just ordered a Outlander PHEV 4h and now need to decide if to purchase a Chargemaster or PodPoint Charger but can't decide. I would like to be able to control the unit by a phone app to get some stats from it and turn it off and on, which I believe they both do. The problem is they are so large. I have seen a smaller one from chargebase, but not sure if they can be controlled remotely. I am just awaiting a call back. I have contacted Rolec who's units are smaller than Chargermaster and PodPoint, but the controlled unit does not qualify for the UK government grant, they are awaiting approval.

Any recommendations of which one to buy ?

It's on the outside wall at the front of the house, so it will be very prominent.

I certainly had to take the size into account - it had the potential to make it impossible to open a door if it had been too large.
