Actually, the answer is there - the conversion ratio is 3.54.

Here in Australia we just call it "fuel economy" and it's usually expressed in litres per hundred kilometres...

Ive had my 2016 model outlander since it was 6 months old I used to get about 26 miles on pure ev but now I struggle to get 18 to 20 miles on exactly the same journey any idea if these figures means I should be asking for them to request a replacement battery pack.

I was the same only getting 16 miles on a full charge, on a 2016. I did a battery reset I found it on YouTube. after using it fot 2 weeks I'm getting 20 miles on a charge. I'll just see what happens in time.
