Alert unknown

I have experienced some problems with the batteires. But recently a new alert appear when I get into the car, before starting it and for two or three seconds:

I have reviewed several times the car manual and I haven't been able to find anything about that alert.

(The battery is 100% charged..... only 20/21 km)



Does anyone know what it is about?

On mine, when the picture of the car appears, if it is alerting me to something being open, that should be closed. (Usually one of the doors has not closed completely)

If it is appearing at the same time as the 'charge' symbol, maybe it means that the charging door is open?

Either that or something wrong with the switch in the charging port, (or maybe the cable to that switch has been unplugged, or damaged, somewhere else)?

Are you trying to start the car with the cable plugged in, by chance?

If not then plz read thru Andy's post.
