    New Nav Software

I pretty much only use the Waze App for navigation, but I do have a large data allowance and it's occasionally frustrating if trying to start a journey and there's no 3G/4G coverage. I can see how it would be perceived as a downgrade if the built in Nav functions are lost. It maybe they'll add...

Which Engine oil for PHEV ?

yep typo! guess that makes the point about having such similar branding for effectively different products!!

    New Nav Software

Noticed the SDA unit doesn't seem to have any built in navigation mentioned, instead relying on either Apple Maps with Carplay and Google Maps with Android Auto.

Which Engine oil for PHEV ?

I think the Eneos Premium Ultra 0W20 is engineered for the Toyota Prius Hybrid, and indeed if you enter the Prius in to the Eneos oil selector it is the only oil that comes up. There are probably a lot more Toyota and Lexus hybrids out there than Mitsubishis, so expect that's why Eneos have put...

Which Engine oil for PHEV ?

Not the smartest branding though, having one product called Eneos Premium Ultra and one called Eneos Premium Hyper. Could easily see how a mechanic might read off a spec, pick up what they think is the right oil but get it wrong. I would imagine the difference is going to be marginal, but the...

Which Engine oil for PHEV ?

I expect the 5w30 will be ok in terms of viscosity at low temperatures. Although looking at the Spec sheet for the Eneos Premium Ultra it meets the Acea C3-10 spec, not the A/B specs, so strictly speaking they've not followed the workshop guide...

Which Engine oil for PHEV ?

The owners manual just seems to suggest choose the right viscosity according to the environmental temparatures, so 0W-20 is probably overkill unless it drops below -25 where you are. It does specify the oil needs to be either ACEA A1/B1,A3/B3,A3/B4 or A5/B5 type (basically designed for petrol...

    Special Edition - Juro

Not a Kenwood, looks like it's a Mitsubishi "Multifunction GPS Navigation (smartphone link)" unit. http://www.mitsubishi-motors.com/jp/events/motorshow/2016/pms2016/assets/img/technology/7sda_03.pdf

    New Nav Software

Bit more digging on Mitsubishi's Paris Motorshow mini website, the Juro press photo unit looks like its the "Multifunction GPS Navigation (smartphone link)" unit, catchy name, eh? http://www.mitsubishi-motors.com/jp/events/motorshow/2016/pms2016/assets/img/technology/7sda_03.pdf. It looks...

    New Nav Software

Initially I thought this Juro Special Edition was just a GX3H+ with a Kenwood Head Unit and Bonnet badge, but the Kenwood units have Garmin Nav, so a bit further digging and there's a press photo on Mitsubishi's site: http://mitsubishi-media.co.uk/release/1319/#image-11573 Doesn't look the MMCS...

    Special Edition - Juro

Looks like Mitsubishi UK have come up with a Special Edition. http://www.carsuk.net/mitsubishi-outlander-phev-juro-arrives-outlander-phev-sales-hit-25k-uk/ From what I can make out it's a GX3H+ with what sounds like the Kenwood head unit upgrade and the bonnet badge. Or am I missing something...
