Windscreen Pillar Cover Removal

Hi
Has anyone tried removing the windscreen pillar cover please? I am installing an aftermarket DAB (GX3 no DAB) and the antenna is windscreen mounted.
I don't want to really mess with the car's interior (lease) but a copper strip from the antenna has to be stuck to the metal pillar, plus I can run the cable down it.
I would be grateful if anyone has any instruction how to clip it off and back on again please.

It just pops off, held in by clips along its length. Ease back the rubber door seal & gently pull back the cover, there is an internal lanyard which will just let it hang down. Careful when you refix it make sure the bottom clip sits in position correctly

I did the same thing the other weekend to fit a Car Cam in. So took some photos. Easy to remove, Just be careful there is an air bag behind it!!
