Stuck Charger

My charger is currently stuck to the car and won't release. I do cover it at night but apparently the snow storm was too much for my cover. Any tricks to getting it unstuck? It's a 2018. Outlander PHEV if it matters.

Use a hair dryer to unfreeze things. I keep a can of defroster on hand (in the house, not in the car!) for occasions like this.
