Station storing

Could someone please tell me how to store radio stations on the MMC. I mostly listen to 5live which can be selected from the station list however if changed it does not always appear in the list and i have to scroll through all stations only to find its not there. If i could store and recall it would be a great help but just cant seem to be able to figure out how.

In each DAB tab (think there's three of them) you have 6 buttons. With a station selected and playing press and hold one of the buttons for 3 seconds to store the station to that button.
