Static electricity problem, or is it?

Hi,

I've noticed that my dashboard and centre console attracts pets hairs and dust loads more than any other car I've had.

Why would this be?

...on the plus side, I suppose at least it's not all getting stuck in the carpets.

Anyone else found this?

Nope - same as my Toyota - perhaps its a Japanese thing :lol:

our dash seems to be a dash magnet, also my wife [always pasenger] often gets static shocks on leaving the car and gets me to close the front passenger door. I get none. Got base car no leather seats.
