Don't know if anyone else had noticed, but with the latest iOS (8.3) and latest Spotify app, we finally have a working title and track display in MMCS. Previously it was stuck after the first song and only updated when changing source and back. Now it updates on every track skip! Wonderful! I think it was the iOS update that fixed it, not the Spotify app. But I can't confirm it.
