Quick question regarding the phone...

... to save me having to hike to the car to refer to the manual...

I've just had a conference call rescheduled to this evening when I need to be driving. Does anyone know if it is easy to mute the phone while it's connected to the hands-free? I'm not going to be popular letting traffic and road noise get through to the conference! I would prefer to not have to use a wired headset - which is the only alternative I have available...

Actually I find the phone interface on the MMCS to be quite lacking. Whenever I enter a phone call, all I get is a blank screen with a little "TEL" symbol on top.

I guess you could mute outgoing sound directly on your handset.
