Will the Outlander PHEV plug in come standard with a heater in the US? tThere has been talk that it comes standard in Japan and the Netherlands but no info in the US.

The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV holds six 12 kWh batteries which can be recharged with standard North American 120 V plug-in. Although the sales started in Japan in January 2013, the car will become available for Americans in 2014.
