Outlander headlamp masks LHD to RHD

I have a MY19 outlander LHD.

I'm heading to Ireland in the new year and on previous trips I couldn't really drive at night because the low headlamp beam was blinding oncoming drivers.

I'm searching the web (unsuccessfully) for headlamp masks.

I'd make my own if I had a template.

In a worst case scenario I'll try and make masks by trial and error.

Any ideas ?

Looks like this seems to give the required result.
I've only masked the light on the starbord side.
