Rolec's guys are coming on Friday to fit the charger.

The company that's doing it (subbie), do solar panels too...

They can do more panels (somehow) for nearly the price we were quoted for just 4 panels.....

Which mobile network do Rolec use? We have variable signals at ours - 4G on some and almost nothing on others.

The guy installing my Rolec yesterday said the sim roamed to whatever service was available.

Usage patterns, the government/sponser will want something back for the £1,000 grant. Does it provide value for money? Are these actually in place?

Government schemes managed by third parties have a significant capacity for fraud.
