Hi, not sure this has been posted. I am making my way through the huge manual.

For some unknown reason, my read seat belts have been crossed and entangled? Centre and side belts. Any ideas how to correct?

Appreciate your help or point me where to look

Dave

Not sure how this could have happened, but are you aware that both buckles of the centre belt can be removed, and the whole caboodle stored overhead? Would that help?

The belt that comes from the roof lining (and having two catches) can be completely retracted to the roof area. It is this belt that looks to be threaded through the left seat belt.

However, where one of the two catches fits into the latch that comes from below the seat back, there is no release ‘button’. Instead you will find a slot that you can use a key or similar instrument to release it. The belt can then be 'unthreaded' and retracted to the roof.

At least, that's what it looks like to me.

Have you lifted the rear seats? It looks as if the buckles that the seat belts plug in to have become stuck under the seats - they should stick up some distance!

Thanks guys for the support, it;s dark now, so I'll give it a go tomorrow sometime after work. I'm sure it can be sorted, but really appreciate the forum help and proud to be a PHEV member.

Use the other catch. It fits into the slot perfectly.
