I have to answer that with a resounding "I don't know".
My car has all the radio/CD/SD card/bluetooth options, but no DAB radio.
As far as I know, DAB radio was not available in my model, in Australia.
There are different ways Mitsubishi could achieve that kind of flexibility.
1. Different head units.
2. Different radio modules.
3. Standard radio module with a DAB radio add on (separate unit).
I've just had a quick look on ebay and found this:
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/387567306402?_skw=outlander+DAB+radio+module&epid=9014172341
That suggests it is a separate module for DAB, and it could easily have a separate fuse.
Having said that. I've poured over the wiring diagrams for my car, and cannot find a separate fuse.
The MMCS unit does seem to be served by multiple fuses though, and I have no idea why.
I'd suggest seeing if you can find that unit in the car, and check connections/wires leading to that unit.
Similarly, have a look in the fuse boxes and see if you can find any blown fuses.
(Continuity tests across the fuse with a multimeter/continuity tester.)
