Hi Guys new to the forum, thought this would be the place to go to get a sensible answer. Not sure if this may be region specific however. When my car arrived it didnt have any documentation for the SSID and password etc so ive had no access to the app based settings for my car.

Having chased the supplying dealer for the codes etc, they have today told me that the app does not work with the GX3H hence why i have no password and SSID details. can anyone confirm if this is correct as im a bit peeved really. The main thing i wanted to access was the timed charging to take advantage of our night time rates.

Thanks in advance for your responses

The GX3h does not include the hardware to support the connection to a phone or tablet. This is clearly stated on the Mitsubishi UK web site, I'm afraid.

With regard to the app, if you have set it for each day to charge overnight on the Eco7 tariff is it possible to override the settings to take a charge during the day?

Yes.

As regards the OP's question, as Maby says the App isn't part of the spec for the Gx3h. ISTR that timed charging is still possible but has to be set up on the car. But probably best to wait for one of our Gx3h owners to confirm...

I'm not sure how you would set it up without the MMCS - it is a fairly complex option to configure.

P.S. just looked in the manual and there is no mention of setting charge timers other than through the app.

Bundled charging cable and timer socket would be an option.
That's what I use now with my 4h :) Just find it simpler to decide to charge immediately or postpone when I plug the car in.
Kind regards,
Mark
