Article about grants and scheme being introduced in various cities to encourage plug-in vehicles,
including free parking spaces and potentially use of bus lanes!
Not sure if a PHEV qualifies in all cases, but it is a plug in. If it happens, and having got an expensive ticket in London for very briefly accidentally straying into a bus lane, I would take great pleasure in driving up and down one legally while thumbing my nose at the cameras...
