I need help with paying through chargehub for FLO charging stations

I recently downloaded the Chargehub app and followed the steps to pay for a charge, but when I selected the details for a specific charging station, the "start charging" option never showed up. I’m not sure what I’m missing. Has anyone used the Chargehub app for a FLO charging station? I’d really appreciate it if someone could walk me through how to pay and get it started.

There is a separate Flo app that I find works better with the Flo stations.
